The Studio Intensive is a private full day of subconscious transformation work held at Anca’s studio in Oshawa, Ontario. One client. One day. Complete focus.
Using hypnotherapy, sound medicine, and guided subconscious reprogramming, we go directly to the source of the pattern that has been recreating the same result in your life — in your relationships, your work, your health, or your performance — and we rewire it at the neural level.
No group setting. No shared schedule. No generic protocol.

Your Day
Morning — Discovery Your day begins with a deep, private discovery session — the most thorough mapping of your history, your patterns, and the architecture of what has been running beneath the surface. This is where the full picture becomes clear and where the first doors open.
Midday — Break A natural midday break for fresh air, grounding, and lunch. Restaurants are minutes from the studio. This space is an intentional part of the process — the morning’s work begins settling while you step outside.
Afternoon — The Deep Work The afternoon moves directly into the root of what the morning revealed. A private hypnotherapy session takes you to the place where the pattern lives — below the level of thought, beyond the reach of willpower — and begins dissolving the charge that has been sustaining it.
Evening — Integration The day closes with a private integration experience selected specifically for what the day called for — a sound bath, a guided hypnotic journey, or creative subconscious work. Closing, tools handover, and clear next steps.

Investment
$2,500 — Full Private Day
A 50% deposit of $1,250 is required to secure your date. Balance of $1,250 is due 15 days prior to your session. All payments via e-transfer. The deposit is non-refundable once your date is confirmed.

Where is the studio located?
Oshawa, Ontario. Full address and parking details are sent in your confirmation email once your deposit is received.
Do I need to have done hypnotherapy before?
No. Most clients come with no previous experience of this kind of work. The only requirement is an openness to go where the session leads.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing. You will be lying down for most of the day. Layers are recommended as body temperature can shift during deep work.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking is available at the studio. Details sent with your confirmation.
What happens after the Studio Intensive?
