Before working with Anca my life was a mess. I was haunted by trauma and nightmares, constantly anxious, and couldn’t quit smoking no matter what I tried.
From the first session, I knew Anca was different. Her compassionate and holistic approach really worked for me. She used a mix of hypnotherapy, energy healing, mindfulness and overall magic which made a huge difference.
What I loved most was how caring and understanding she was. I felt safe and supported, and she gave me the tools I needed to manage my anxieties and let go of my past pain.

I am not going to lie- when I first came across Anca, I was skeptical, but I needed a change in my life, so I thought, why not give it a shot? One day, I stumbled across her website when I was looking for alternative ways to help with weight loss. I had tried everything: Weight Watchers, Noom, Intermittent Fasting, Keto, and much more, but nothing seemed to work. So I took it to medical professionals and Like most overweight people, doctors prescribed me Ozmepic, and it did wonders, but as soon as I stopped it, I gained all my weight back and then some within a year. Of course, like many other plus-sized individuals- my weight affected me more than just physically; I was shy, very self-conscious, didn’t want to do anything, and stayed home by myself. I lived in this little protective bubble and had been doing so for ten years.
After one month of working with Anca, I changed my life entirely. I have a new relationship with food, which makes me feel like I have self-control for the first time in my life. I started feeling more confident, going out, and even joining a gym. It wasn’t until I worked with Anca that I realized how good I could feel. Everyone around me has noticed a difference in my behavior and how I present myself. Anca makes the space feel safe, allowing you to show the most vulnerable thoughts and memories. Not once in working with her, did I feel judged or misunderstood; her main priority is making me feel safe. Although I have yet to see results on the scale- I am not upset because I am thrilled and thriving, which has more value than any number on a scale. I suffered with significant neck, shoulder pain and migraine headaches for a couple of months unresolved by use of over-the- counter medications, prescription medications, stress-relief meditations, walks in nature, massages with homemade essential oils, warm showers ect. Further, my own efforts to track my food and eliminate foods deemed problematic did not bring significant relief regarding my presenting concerns. Fortunately, Anca Uni’ virtual healing session combining Reiki, pendulum work, chakra and energy medicine was the right panacea for my discomfort.
What I appreciate most about Anca’ virtual energy healing was not simply that it worked, but that she took the time to understand the scope of my concerns and my history regarding the same. She also explained what I might expect and experience following the session. True to her word and evidentiary experience, I initially had an increase in discomfort for 24-48 hours following the session. Thereafter, the pain abated and eventually resolved. In addition, following the session, Anca reached out to check on me and my progress related to our session. Anca’ intentionality and care regarding her practice was so much more than what I expected.
I am thankful for and love how present she is with clients. She creates safe spaces and nurturing healing relationships which are greatly attributed to her personhood and professionalism.

I juggle a full-time career while also being a mother of two. Thanks to my collaboration with Anca, my income has seen a substantial increase. I still make it a point to attend all my children’s school events and sports matches, and my home is now more organized than ever. What’s most significant is my newfound contentment with my body. I’ve managed to shed approximately 40 pounds, eat intuitively, stop when I’m satisfied, and, most importantly, I’m no longer fixated on food. Gone are the days of waking up with self-imposed ‘good’ intentions, gone are the nights filled with self-reproach for past mistakes, and gone is the constant struggle of deciding what to eat and when to stop.

Hi all ,
I want to thank Anca for helping me make some significant breakthroughs in the areas of forgiveness ( others and esp. myself ) , dealing with my inner critic , self esteem, self confidence and self worth . Although I had been working on these areas through other resources prior to the universe connecting us , the work we did took me much deeper into to dark areas , uncovering those things that needed to be uncovered to heal . For this , I am forever grateful for us connecting and her commitment to getting me “healed up” , in which I made more progress during the few months we worked together than the last couple years .
She is awesome, and I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to heal from any type of trauma or other deep rooted emotional issues they want to resolve .

Like most people who are overweight, I tried every diet program there was to lose weight, only to gain it back again. It just became a way of life….lose the weight…put it back on…and repeat for years. I had no “will power” and considered myself a carb-o-holic.
Anca will change your life. I went to lose weight, but got so much more. She is a beautiful, gentle, caring professional who changed my life. Not only am I losing weight, I am sleeping thru the night. I can handle stress. My self-esteem is back. I have more energy. I have the desire to do things, and my depression is gone.

I’ve noticed that I’m much more adept at quickly addressing any triggers and avoiding spiralling into worry or stress and sleepless nights. This has had an incredible impact on my body, as I’m no longer holding onto that tension and anxiety. Instead, I’m processing it in real-time and letting it go. I feel more in control, at peace with life’s challenges, and confident that everything will work out in the end.
