Location: Ajax Public Library – Main Branch room D (55 Harwood Avenue South, Ajax, Ontario, L1S 2H8.)

Intimate group setting to ensure personalized attention and a deeper experience.

Important Note: We will be seated on the floor during our session, so you’re welcome to bring a meditation pillow or chair for added comfort if you prefer. Additionally, please bring a blanket to stay warm during and after the meditation. Don’t forget to bring a journal and pen to jot down any insights or reflections that arise during our meditation practices.
