After returning from a much-needed and relaxing vacation, I can confidently say that my hypnotherapy sessions were truly life-changing. One of the most significant improvements has been in how I manage my anxiety. I’ve noticed that I’m much more adept at quickly addressing any triggers and avoiding spiralling into worry or stress and sleepless nights. This has had an incredible impact on my body, as I’m no longer holding onto that tension and anxiety. Instead, I’m processing it in real-time and letting it go. I feel more in control, at peace with life’s challenges, and confident that everything will work out in the end. On a scale of 0-10, I’d say my anxiety level is now a 1 – it may arise, but it doesn’t linger, and I have the tools to manage it positively.
