Emotional Eating gone!!!!

I juggle a full-time career while also being a mother of two. Thanks to my collaboration with Anca, my income has seen a substantial increase. I still make it a point to attend all my children’s school events and sports matches, and my home is now more organized than ever. What’s most significant is my newfound contentment with my body. I’ve managed to shed approximately 40 pounds, eat intuitively, stop when I’m satisfied, and, most importantly, I’m no longer fixated on food. Gone are the days of waking up with self-imposed ‘good’ intentions, gone are the nights filled with self-reproach for past mistakes, and gone is the constant struggle of deciding what to eat and when to stop.
