What You Will Experience
A Day of Transformation: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Therapy Session (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Start your day with a powerful, in-depth therapy session. Anca will work with you to explore and release deep-seated emotional patterns and traumas. Using cutting-edge techniques such as hypnotherapy, neuroscience, mindfulness, energy healing and more, this 3-hour session is designed to bring about profound healing and self-discovery. - Lunch Break (12:00 PM – 12:45 PM)
Enjoy a healthy, nourishing lunch in a peaceful setting. This is your time to relax, recharge, and reflect on the morning’s session. - Guided Meditation (12:45 PM – 1:45 PM)
Recenter your mind and body with a soothing guided meditation. This session focuses on cultivating inner calm, self-compassion, and mindfulness, helping you to integrate the healing from the morning’s therapy. - Nature Walk (1:45 PM – 2:45 PM)
Take a peaceful, meditative walk in nature. Connect with the environment and practice walking meditation, allowing you to ground your energy and absorb the healing power of nature. - Break (2:45 PM – 3:00 PM)
Enjoy a short break with refreshments, giving you time to relax. - Journaling and Reflection (3:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
Engage in a guided journaling session to process and reflect on your experiences. Use this time to explore insights gained throughout the day, express your emotions, and set intentions for continued healing. - Closing Session and Integration (4:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
Conclude the day with a final session to discuss and integrate the day’s experiences. Anca will help you consolidate your insights, providing guidance on how to continue your healing journey beyond the retreat.
